At Dishla, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items or products that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
